EXPERIENCE Digital Recorders, Inc.
has been producing voice announcement and intelligent vehicle systems since
1983, and is among the first to digitally store audio in solid-state formats.
In 1988, Digital Recorders, Inc. installed the first transit-based digital voice
announcement system (the DR444) in the United States. Since that time, we have
installed a tremendous number of voice announcement systems, including more than
6,000 of our DR500C product at more than 80 properties spread across 27 states.

interest to the market. Innovations such as our Automatic Vehicle Location, Wireless Data Transfer, DR600®, Hands-Free Driver Microphone,
Route Mapping Module, and Automatic Vehicle Monitoring
features are recent results of such efforts. The open architecture of our
products ensures extensive system-integration capabilities, and allows us to
install both independently or as a subcontractor to large Systems Integrators.
