Services
Product Training. All of our products come complete with hands-on product training. We will personally instruct your maintenance department personnel on the proper care and troubleshooting of the electronics, as well as demonstrate proper operation of the system to your vehicle/system operators. Manuals. A complete set of maintenance and operation manuals are included with system purchase. Installation instructions, system drawings, troubleshooting guides, and operating instructions are all included in an easy to access format. Programming Services. For an additional fee Digital Recorders, Inc. can provide complete system programming services, from supplying professional recording talent to delivering a complete turn-key solution. Customers may then maintain and update their route/stop information locally with a purchased copy of our Central Recording Station. In cases where our customers decide not to purchase a local copy of the CRS, Digital Recorders, Inc. is able to provide timely database updating services for the system when requested. Technical Support. We have top notch technical support personnel available to answer your questions by phone or fax during our regular business hours (8:30-5:30, EST M-F). At Digital Recorders, Inc. we strive to be a strong customer-service oriented business via responsive and innovative support methods. An example of this effort includes our unique ability to remotely troubleshoot, fix, and update our Central Recording Station and Schedule Adherence products via modem communication. Skilled technicians and engineers are available for site visits if we are unable to solve your problems via telephone, fax, or modem. Warranty. Digital Recorders, Inc. stands behind the products we sell. Comprehensive warranties are included with each system component. If any product should fail during its warranty period and we are unable to resolve the issue via technical support, we will gladly replace the defective unit without charge. Out of warranty replacements and upgrades can also be accommodated via our RMA procedures. |
